Our staff are all referenced, interviewed and assessed prior to any work placement - subject to requirement

Before being sent to work, all staff will have had a full briefing by one of our fully trained consultants who will have previously gained knowledge of what is required in previous meetings with you the Client

Prior to any form of work being issued Premier Recruitment Solutions will take copies of identification for all staff.

This will ensure all staff are legally entitled to work within the U.K

Continued staff assessment throughout the assignment, this will include regular reviews as well as interviews, to ensure that optimum efficiency and productivity are maintained throughout the whole period of employment.
